Terms of Service

1. Bookings
All bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment. Fare estimates are indicative; final fare may vary if the route or pickup time changes materially.
2. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup. Within 4 hours a 50% charge applies. No-shows are charged in full.
3. Reschedules
Reschedules are complimentary from your dashboard, subject to chauffeur availability.
4. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service where conduct endangers our chauffeur, vehicle or other passengers.
5. Liability
Elite Class Rides carries full commercial passenger insurance. Our liability is limited to the fare paid, except where negligence is proven.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
