All rates are in AUD and include GST. A four-hour minimum applies to both vehicles, with 220 km included per hire booking. Time beyond the minimum is charged proportionally.

We compare the request with the listed passenger and luggage capacity, then review the route, timing, availability and applicable fare details with you. This helps identify questions before the ride is agreed.
An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm the arrangements with you; the booking is fully confirmed once any required payment or an approved account arrangement is in place.

We plan each request around the details that shape the journey: pickup and destination, schedule, passenger count, luggage, stops and any child-seat request. We review route, vehicle suitability, availability and fare with you before the arrangements are confirmed.
Passenger and luggage capacities on this site are the figures supplied by ECR and are intended to help you choose a vehicle. If you have unusually bulky items or special requirements, include them in your enquiry so we can assess the request clearly. Hourly hire terms are shown separately from the existing point-to-point fare rules.

The GAC M8 is $145 per hour, with extra distance at $2.95 per km. The GWM Cannon is $85 per hour, with extra distance at $2.37 per km. Both vehicles include GST and 220 km per hire booking, with a four-hour minimum. Time beyond the minimum is charged proportionally. Tolls, parking and waiting are charged separately.
Point-to-point fares use ECR’s existing distance-and-time rules. Tolls are shown separately and the GST component is identified in the service fare. Your route estimate is subject to ECR review and confirmation.

Child seats can be requested; include how many and what type so we can confirm the arrangement. You can also provide additional stop addresses in the order you plan to travel, along with any return journey, for the itinerary to be reviewed as a whole.
