We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, pickup / destination addresses, and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
2. How we use it
To dispatch chauffeurs, communicate about your rides, process payments, provide receipts, and maintain your trip history in your dashboard. We never sell your data.
3. Location data
Pickup and destination addresses are used strictly for ride execution and route optimisation. Aggregate, de-identified data may be used to improve service quality.
4. Third parties
We use Stripe (payments), Google Maps (routing), and Google Sign-In (optional authentication). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data any time by emailing concierge@eliteclassrides.com.au. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
